Do I need an exact window count?
An estimate is a useful starting point. Mention large picture windows, sliding doors and upper windows separately, since the amount of work is not always captured by a simple count.
How should I prepare the house?
Discuss preparation when the scope is confirmed. For interior glass, it helps to identify furniture, blinds, fragile items or other obstacles that may affect access.
Can you remove every stain from glass?
